Description

Under the supervision of the Head Butler, the incumbent provides exceptional personalized service to Villa guests. Acts as the guests personal coordinator throughout their stay. Displays great tact, diplomacy and hospitality during all guest interactions.

High school diploma or GED as well as three (3) to five (5) years experience in several of the following areas:
casino butler service, casino marketing, gourmet food & wine service, household management, wardrobe care and concierge-type service.

Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with co-workers and guests. Must possess decision-making skills and exceptional judgement in a variety of issues and requests. Must possess knowledge of the surrounding areas.

Must possess great knowledge of food, wine and liquor in order to assist guests with menu selection and function planning.

Must possess exceptional knowledge of the care required for specific clothing materials. Required to become proficient with department specific computer programs. Butler schedules will fluctuate based on business needs. Butler break schedules will fluctuate based on business needs.

Position may require extended hours to meet business demands. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Position required extended periods of standing, walking, bending and talking.
