Join our team full-time at our EDEKA market Eckert in 06792 Sandersdorf-Brehna, located at Platz des Friedens 10.

We are looking for someone to take on the following responsibilities:

Overseeing the entire process from ordering and receiving goods to storage and sales, and prioritizing tasks effectively
Ensuring compliance with business metrics and conducting inventory
Leading and managing the team with passion and planning staff schedules
Do you see yourself in this role?

To be successful, you should have a background in retail or food production (e.g. as a cook or chef) or hold a certificate in food hygiene. You should also have knowledge of meat products and experience in sales at a service counter. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of business principles and previous experience in a leadership role. Effective communication, empathy, creativity, and the ability to make independent decisions are also important qualities for this position.
