Your tasks
  • Support in the strategic orientation and further development in the international area of ​​Human Resources Transformation: HR Reporting
  • Collaboration in the identification and implementation planning of new HR key figures and reports in cooperation with the IT, Analytics and Controlling departments
  • Participation in regular meetings with the team and interface partners (Controlling, IT)
  • Assistance in creating evaluations, documentation and presentations

Your profile
  • Studies in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on human resources and/or controlling
  • Basic knowledge of HR key figures
  • First experiences in SAP HCM
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
