Our delivery range includes the product lines of bearings, drive technology, sealing technology, tools, occupational safety, and industrial supplies.

We supply just-in-time to both craft businesses and large well-known companies, such as those in the food industry or automotive industry.

In addition to our highly specialized sales field and inside service, we offer our customers fast delivery through our online shop and mail order.

We are looking for you to strengthen our team at our Herne location as soon as possible.

Employee in Invoice Verification (m/f/d)


Your tasks:

  • Verification of incoming invoices
  • Verification of freight invoices
  • Booking of invoices
  • Booking of goods receipts
  • Processing of credit notes

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Experience in invoice verification
  • Teamwork skills
  • Independent work style
  • Interest in learning new skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
