At Med X Society for Medical Expertise, our team in Healthcare Management is growing. Our strength lies in our expertise, with a majority of our 200 employees being specialists from all areas of the healthcare system. With offices in Hamburg and Dortmund, we work in healthcare and expenditure management for healthcare payers. To strengthen our teams, we are currently looking for Insurance and Finance Clerks, Healthcare Clerks, Social Insurance Specialists, Medical Assistants, or Physiotherapists (m/f/d) to regulate benefits in our office in Hamburg or Dortmund.

Our comprehensive needs and medical supply management aims to review and approve benefit requests from our clients' insured persons, i.e. private health and long-term care insurance, and provide them with the best possible supply of necessary medical equipment. To achieve this, we collaborate with service providers to create high satisfaction for both the insured persons and the payers while considering economic aspects.

Your tasks:
  • You process, review, and regulate outpatient, inpatient, and dental benefit requests made to health and long-term care insurance.
  • You handle telephone communication and written correspondence with all relevant contacts (patients, doctors, family members, nursing homes, etc.).
