Who you are:


As a candidate for this role, you have a university degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or 1-2 years of experience in a relevant area.

You possess excellent computer skills and are highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

You have a proven track record of analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify necessary actions and solve problems.

You also have experience in retail, home furnishing, supply chain, and customer service, and a strong interest in these areas.


You have knowledge in the following areas:

  • The IKEA business model and ways of working
  • IKEA processes and range allocation and administration, leading to excellent customer fulfillment
  • Processes in your area of expertise
  • Understanding of customer needs, demands, and expectations in the market
  • Market and industry intelligence, including knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success in your function
  • Customer order, range, and replenishment administration systems
  • Familiarity with all IKEA manuals
  • Understanding of the business planning process

Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for ensuring customer fulfillment in the market from an end-to-end perspective by creating the conditions for excellent execution quality


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring replenishment parameters for products and articles
  • Ensuring optimal replenishment for fulfillment units
  • Maintaining correct stock levels
  • Monitoring and maintaining product and article availability
  • Communicating with other departments
