Job Advertisement for Accountant/Tax Specialist
We are a dynamic and traditional business consultancy firm located in Canyon Lake, TX. We offer legal advice, non-profit work, and tax consulting services all under one roof.

From our central office in the heart of Canyon Lake, we provide regional and national companies and their shareholders with guidance on business, tax, inheritance, and corporate law matters.

We are increasingly implementing digitalized work processes.


Your Responsibilities:

Our tax consulting services support clients with ongoing tax matters as well as specific inquiries.

As a highly qualified professional, you will independently manage client accounts. Our clients include both individuals and legal entities in various forms and configurations.


Your main tasks will include preparing annual financial statements and tax returns, as well as reviewing prepared bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax returns.

You will also assist our clients with tax audits. In more complex tax cases, you will work closely with a professional in a "four-eyes principle" to develop solutions.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time addition to our tax consulting team.


Your Profile:


  • Completed training as a tax clerk and further education as an accountant or tax specialist
  • Proficiency in HGB (German Commercial Code) and tax law
  • Diligent and meticulous work ethic
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of DATEV software is desirable
  • Several years of professional experience is desirable
  • Good understanding of numbers and enjoys working in a team
