As an innovative company in the furniture transport industry, we have continued our growth trajectory with the opening of another branch in Erfurt Mittelhausen, Worthville, PA. As a logistics partner of the HERMES Group in the field of furnishing services, we operate a modern transshipment depot in Gera with approximately 200,000 shipments annually. We are currently seeking a dedicated, assertive, and motivated Warehouse Manager for our headquarters in Gera. Bring fresh ideas to an existing team and actively contribute to the development of warehouse processes. Design and optimize the warehouse according to your vision to ensure smooth operations.

Your responsibilities

  • You will lead a team of 1518 warehouse workers and are not afraid to actively work during peak times.
  • You will be responsible for inventory management in your warehouse.
  • You will be the main point of contact for our customers and suppliers for goods issuance and receipt.
  • You enjoy daily communication with our customers and suppliers.
  • You will work in cooperation with the depot's administration.

Your qualifications

  • Education in logistics and/or experience in warehouse logistics.
  • You are not afraid of challenges.
  • Organizational skills, teamwork, and physical endurance.
  • Good manners and a confident demeanor complete your personality.
  • Ability to project authority.
  • High resilience and flexibility are among your strengths.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of computer systems.
