We emphasize that we have an in-office culture and do not offer remote work (no work from home). The position must be carried out at our office in Caseville.
Your Main Responsibilities:

Customer Data Management:
- Enter new customer data into our database.
- Update and maintain existing customer data.
- Ensure all customer data is correct and uptodate.
Support for our Sales Team:
- Provide necessary documents and information for the sales team.
- Create reports and overviews of sales performance.
- Actively participate in planning and implementing sales campaigns.
Telephone Qualification:
- Actively verify and validate customer data through phone calls.
- Address customer inquiries about the energy provider switching process.
- Record customer feedback and forward it to the appropriate departments.
General Office and Administrative Tasks:
- Regular correspondence with customers and business partners.
- Create and review invoices.
- Quickly and professionally handle inquiries via phone or email.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage.
- Proficient in using common MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset.
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Teamwork and a proactive work style.
