Responsibilities:


  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of the inbound team, including mentoring apprentices
  • Handson work on the warehouse floor
  • Ensuring smooth incoming goods processes as a Warehouse Logistics Team Leader
  • Creating key performance indicators, deriving and implementing measures from them, and being responsible for the budget of the warehouse location

Profile:


  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist and/or several years of proven professional experience in warehouse logistics and/or completed further education as a logistics master
  • Experience in direct leadership of bluecollar employees, for example as a Warehouse Logistics Team Leader in goods receiving
  • Advanced Excel skills (creating reports, connecting data sources, etc.)
  • Basic database knowledge (warehouse management systems/inventory management systems)
