To support our educational team in career orientation, we are looking for a socially committed addition with counseling skills, organizational talent, and resilience.

We value a sincere interest in young people who have not been successful in the school context, as well as motivation, skills, and flexibility to accompany students in obtaining a school degree and finding a suitable perspective for their future, while also strengthening their personal development.


Target groups include:


  • Students in 9th and 10th grade who are at risk of not graduating from regular classes,
  • Students in their final year of school who are unable to attend due to complex problems.
Responsibilities


The work includes:


  • Counseling and supporting young people in dealing with individual problems and/or resolving conflicts,
  • Social skills training to support personal development (promoting motivation, openness, conflict resolution skills, etc.)
  • Individual coaching for students
  • Support in the career orientation and application process,
  • Collaboration with parents and school (teachers)
  • Basic administrative tasks such as maintaining participant documentation and statistics, as well as communication with the youth welfare office, school, and potentially parents.
We work as a team and support each other

Qualifications

An important qualification is a degree in social pedagogy or a related field.


We are looking for applicants who have:

  • Experience and empathy in working with the target group,
  • Good teamwork in a multidisciplinary team of social workers and trainers,
