We are looking forward to

A completed degree in civil engineering, alternatively a completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
Relevant professional experience in the handling of turnkey construction projects
Very good persuasion and communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills
Management of construction site personnel and subcontractors
An independent working style and a strong cost awareness
Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge of calculation programs is desirable
