LearningCulture was founded in 2013 and has since become one of the largest education institutes in Zurich.

We specialize in preparing students for the Central Entrance Exams (ZAP) for both long and short gymnasiums, as well as other secondary schools such as BMS, FMS, or IMS.

We also provide sustainable support through tutoring for children and teenagers. To do so, we employ over 150 coaches and manage the company operations with a team of twenty people.

Your responsibilities * Support the pedagogical management team in various areas, such as:

  • Organizing trainings, supervisions, and visits for our teachers
  • Administrative tasks for onboarding and offboarding our teachers
  • Administrative processing and planning of quality control
  • Creation and adaptation of internal processes and documents * As needed: Collaboration with the team.
