In Germany, the company operates 41 properties in 18 cities with more than 15,000 parking spaces.

We are currently looking for a full-time
Parking Facility Attendant (m/f/d) for our facilities in
Hattingen and
Witten.

We welcome applicants with no previous experience and those over 55 years old


Your responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintenance of parking facilities and parking control systems
  • Inspection and maintenance of all lighting fixtures
  • Performing minor repairs if necessary
  • Collecting and accounting for shortterm parking fees from ticket machines
  • Managing longterm parkers
  • Winter service
  • Acting as a contact person for the client and users on site

Your profile:

  • Commercial and technical understanding experience as a caretaker is an advantage
  • Good computer skills (MS Word & MS Excel)
  • Manual dexterity (no technical training required)
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity
  • Reliable and careful work ethic combined with good communication skills
  • Openminded and customerfriendly
  • Willingness to work shifts and be on call
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Driver's license class B, possibly with own car
