Description

As an employee at our company in Thonotosassa, you will advise customers on their pawn loans and complete the necessary transactions. In addition to appraising pawns, you will also participate in monthly auctions.

What can you expect?

You will review evaluations and pawn items
You will handle pawn loan contracts and all related tasks
You will sell merchandise (jewelry)
You will participate in auctions
You will handle general office tasks

What should you bring?

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, and as a career starter (m/f/d) you are also welcome
You are interested in learning about new processes in customer service and your customer and service orientation sets you apart
You have knowledge of foreign languages
You possess a high level of intercultural and social competence
You ideally already have knowledge in the jewelry industry or in the field of new media (e.g. smartphones, tablets, etc.)

What do we offer you?

Initially a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of being taken on in a permanent position if suitable
Performance-based pay including a 13th
