Compliance Department Manager (m/f/d) Our client, one of the leading independent German automotive banks under the umbrella of an international group, is seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Department Manager (m/f/d).

With over 750 employees, the company works in a modern headquarters in Hamburg to create innovative products and solutions for the mobility of the future.

The main responsibility of the position holder is to monitor and operationally manage the compliance of all major regulatory requirements of the bank, as well as lead and develop the employees in the department.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, operational risk management, complaint management, and internal controls according to MaRisk and BaFin regulations
  • Implementing and monitoring procedures for compliance and risk management
