Position Summary:
Our Hospitality Services Agents (aka Call Center Agent) are responsible for being the "go to" for employees and our resort guests.
Assist guests by listening to their requests/needs and ensure they are fulfilled to completion or direct them to the appropriate party when needed.
Job Duties:
- The Call Center Agent operates the resort switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing call and to provide a professional, prompt and friendly telephone message service to guests and staff.
- Must be able to speak clearly, communicate with all types of people, including VIPs, dignitaries and celebrities.
- Must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of the Resort, answering all manner of questions.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in an environment providing a high level of customer service to guests of high social standing with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in a second language preferred.
- Ability to work with management staff and other employees in a professional manner.
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate:
$18.00
