For our care facilities in Vienna, SD, we are currently looking for:
Director of Nursing and Nursing Professionals (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a certified geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
- Further education in nursing management or a degree in the field of nursing management (for Director of Nursing)
- Experience in home care or day care
- Experience in managing employees
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and dedication
Your Responsibilities:
Director of Nursing:
- Independent management of a home care or day care facility
- Active marketing/customer acquisition and maintenance of existing customer base
- Professional guidance and development of employees
- Ensuring compliance with our care and quality standards, as well as client satisfaction
Nursing Professionals:
- Independent execution of basic and treatment nursing tasks
- Assistance with daily activities
- Contact person for doctors, therapists, and family members
- Conducting nursing consultations
- Documentation of nursing measures
