Working hours: 35-40 hours per week

Your tasks:

  • Independent management of multiple properties in Berlin
  • General caretaker duties, cleaning
  • Assistance to tenants with minor repairs

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a trade (m/f/d) preferred
  • Professional experience as a caretaker (m/f/d) preferred
  • Flexible, reliable
  • Ability to work independently and organize
  • Class B driver's license is mandatory
