Responsibilities:
- Management and continuous development of the QM system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 1348
- Monitoring performance and achievement of goals
- Evaluation, key figures, and improvement management
- Communication internally and externally
- Support of QM policies and objectives
- Contact person for the designated authority as well as for all QMrelated questions
- Coordinate audits and certifications within the company and plan audits
- Support and conduct internal and external audits
- Monitor company processes
- Plan and conduct employee trainings
- Analyze errors, develop measures and lead quality statistics
- Handle customer complaints and error reports within the given complaint management system
- Support top management in the management review process
- Advise executives and management on quality management
- Strategically align quality documentation within the company, such as monitoring correct control and filing
Qualifications:
- Completed education or degree with a scientific background, e.g. chemistry, biology, or pharmacy
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position would
