Description

We are currently seeking a
qualified educator (m/f/d) as a
relief worker for our
stationary facilities in the district of Pinneberg to start as soon as possible.

The position is a
full-time, permanent position with 39.0 hours per week, with the option for
part-time (minimum 20 hours) if desired.

After approximately one year, there is the possibility of a
permanent position within an existing team/facility.

The
stationary residential groups of AWO Schleswig-Holstein gGmbH, Youth and Family Services, are part of a diverse range of youth services offered by the Workers' Welfare Association.

The groups in Elmshorn, Wedel, Uetersen, and Itzehoe provide 24-hour care, support, and development for children and adolescents aged 12-21 as part of the assistance measures according to §§ 34, 41 SGB VIII.

The focus is on implementing the goals developed in the assistance plan. The supervision and protection of the children and adolescents are based on a non-violent and respectful pedagogy.
