Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Models a "guest comes first" attitude, delivers excellent guest service, and supervises shift employees to ensure they are delivering excellent guest service.
- Constantly reviews store environment to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement, to provide coaching and direction to the shift, to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Communicates ideas to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager for broader areas of improvement.
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, values, and mission of Areas USA.
- Maintains and models a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events and moves on immediately after to keep store operating to standard and to set an example for the shift or team.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- One to two years of employment in a related position.
- Minimum High School Diploma, some College preferred
- Knowledge of the Restaurant environment.
- Exceptional sales and operational skills in a guest service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‐building and strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others.
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to act with a "guest comes first" attitude and deliver guest service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
- Ability to communicate and execute management directives.
- May require knowledge of computer equipment or other technical devices or broad knowledge in several operational areas.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
