Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant (m/f/d) on behalf of our client Alcon/Ciba Vision GmbH in Großwallstadt, Seagrove, NC. This is a part-time/full-time position (minimum 25 hours per week) in a project setting.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support projects for the introduction of new products and cost and process optimization
  • Processing of controlled documents in a GxP environment, partly in English (work instructions, specifications, regulatory documents)
  • Familiarization and use of various online tools (Veeva, Trackwise, Windchill)

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree or equivalent vocational training with subsequent work experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
