Manage all aspects of sales within defined territory for assigned division(s).


ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS:
- _ Meet/exceed territory sales quota_
- _ Build/implement effective territory business/marketing plan_
- _ Determine desirable territory call pattern_
- _ Participate in all meetings, trade shows, conferences, events, as required by management_
- _ Submit all reporting, as required by management_
- _ Perform all responsibilities in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner_

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • No

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting/exceeding sales and margin goals
  • Experienced in their field
  • Selfstarter/motivated, resultsorientated with strong negotiation/entrepreneurial characteristics
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication/time management skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Valid driver license and clear driving record
  • Lift and carry samples, sample bags, and marketing materials
  • Travel required (approximately 80%)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field
  • 2 years of wholesale footwear territory sales experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proprietary software, retail math
$100K-$120K
