YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and oversee concepts and campaigns (across all channels) with a deep understanding of our brand, products, and target audience, and a keen eye for visionary ideas.
  • Mentor and inspire the art direction team, providing guidance in both the creative process and administrative tasks.
  • Present concepts and work to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams and external partners.
  • Lead and guide midlevel and junior team members.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a communications agency, with a focus on campaign development, design, and branding.
  • Senior level experience and previous team lead experience.
  • A diverse and exciting portfolio is highly desirable.
  • Strong design skills and a keen eye for trends.
  • Experience with crosschannel campaigns (offline/online).
  • Knowledge of shooting, point of sale, and packaging design.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
