As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a full-time caretaker (m/f/d) in
Munich for immediate employment.


Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the care of all technical issues, maintenance and repair of properties in Munich (Martinsried, Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm) with a company car.

Planning and organizing company renovations according to the instructions of superiors.

Issuing orders for necessary repairs and maintenance work for the above-mentioned properties to specialized companies.

Acting as a construction manager for renovation projects and monitoring the work of specialized companies.

Checking invoices entered in SAP and verifying the accuracy of utility and operating cost statements.


Your profile:

You have completed a technical or manual training (m/f/d).

Several years of experience in building management and property management.

Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is desirable.

A valid driver's license (Class B) is required.

You have good knowledge of English.
