Description
As a Customer & Agent-Experience Manager at Conway, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and optimizing various customer management processes throughout the customer journey.
You will approach these processes from a customer perspective and also keep an eye on customer service and management processes, including necessary capacities.
You will act as a liaison and point of contact for other departments in regards to process design, requirement definition, implementation, and control within the order-to-cash process chain.
Your role will involve creating process documentation and conducting regular trainings to ensure high service quality for both internal and external teams.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing and configuring individual system components within our system environment, as well as coordinating with external IT service providers.
