Are you interested in beverage production? At Darguner Brewery, more than half of our products are now non-alcoholic, ranging from mineral water and fruit juices to energy drinks.

What will you learn in this apprenticeship? You will be responsible for providing raw materials, auxiliary and additive substances. You will learn how to control the production process and mix recipes. You will also learn how to operate, maintain, and clean the equipment. This 3-year apprenticeship will involve alternating blocks of time at the brewery and at the vocational school in Ludwigslust.
