To strengthen our Finance and Controlling department, we are looking for you to join our team in Perezville, TX as a part-time (75%) Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible in a permanent position.


Your responsibilities:

  • Recording, coding, and posting of incoming invoices according to tax regulations with and without purchase orders (goods receipt postings) in SAP/FI
  • Automated and manual payment runs for domestic and international payments
  • Processing of payments, direct debits, and credit card charges
  • Correspondence with suppliers
  • Handling of reminders and account reconciliation
  • Assistance with yearend closing activities
  • Commission calculations for business partners worldwide
  • Posting of various business transactions
  • Monitoring of monthly payments and recurring postings
  • Management of guarantee administration
  • Confirmation of balances and clarification with auditors

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Several years of professional experience in a commercial role, preferably in the areas of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP SAP R
  • Good communication skills
  • Extremely careful and conscientious work style
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good understanding of numbers
