For our client, an internationally active family-owned company from Vlotho, we are currently looking for a clerk with a focus on accounts payable to join their team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • Checking, assigning, coding, and posting invoices
  • Applying tax regulations for domestic and international invoices
  • Managing and reconciling accounts
  • Internal coordination with adjacent departments and purchasing
  • Assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Knowledge of accounting and preferably experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office and preferably SAP
  • Structured and precise way of working
  • Team player
