Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Securities Department Fixed-term until This is what your job as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Securities looks like: You provide telephone advice to our private customers and prospects on investment products at UmweltBank and represent our company As a communication talent, you are the contact person (m/f/d) for our private customers and prospects on all matters related to securities Through competent and targeted communication via telephone and email, you convince our customers of our securities products - without any sales targets You process customer orders and refer more complex customer inquiries to the appropriate departments You ensure that all data and information in the system is correctly maintained In addition, you take on administrative tasks related to customer management This is what you bring to the table: Solid experience in a similar position, ideally in telephone customer advice and support Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent with experience in securities business A strong service and customer-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Team spirit, enjoyment of telephone customer contact, and a sense for customer needs Even during high workloads and phone calls, you remain friendly and calm Willingness to work flexibly during our availability hours from am to pm Proficiency in MS Office and a good technical understanding Who we are: We are Germany's green bank.
