WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US?

Taking responsibility and managing all development activities of control units in the field of electric drives, such as Istage control, software logistics, implementation/maturity planning, SW variant management, release, and problem management
Technical responsibility and implementation of the software logistics process
Leading, moderating, and documenting various meetings in the department
Representing development results to interfaces up to management
Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) for project optimization

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Completed university degree or equivalent education with several years of relevant professional experience in the automotive E/E environment
Good knowledge of software logistics and/or change/release management
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
High customer and service orientation
Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
