We are currently seeking an enthusiastic intern or working student to join our team in the field of Lean Management.

Your challenge. What to expect
Assisting operational managers in implementing Shopfloor Management standards
Independently planning and executing Lean projects in the production area
Developing standards, methods, and processes
Creating presentations, templates, and instructions
Training employees and operational managers, for example in Excel
Assisting in organizing and conducting workshops
Directly supporting production management
Your profile. What you bring
Studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, business administration, or a similar field
Knowledge in production, Lean and project management is advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Team and communication skills
Enjoyment of independent work
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
