Training Content:

Professional Work Readiness for Young AdultsAs a Work Readiness Trainer, you will play a crucial role in preparing participants for the workforce by delivering engaging and practical training sessions.

The boot camp will cover a variety of topics including resume writing, interview skills, workplace etiquette, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate engaging workshops and handson activities.
Provide personalized feedback and support to participants.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training experience.
Assess participant progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in training, teaching, or a related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate young adults.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of work readiness skills and job market trends.
Experience with curriculum development is a plus.
A relevant degree or certification in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
