We are still growing, which is why we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager West (m/f/d) who will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing the sales team in the West region (postal codes 32-37, 40-47, and will also deal with strategic issues.

Your tasks:

Management of the sales team in western Germany (7 inside and 6 outside sales employees) as well as support in the acquisition of projects and customers
Strategic and sustainable expansion of business in this region
Full responsibility for sales and results in the western German market
Expansion and promotion of longterm, trusting and sustainable customer relationships
Support of the regionally active outside sales employees in price and contract negotiations with customers
Collaboration and coordination
