Team Leader for Customer Relationship Management / CRM (m/f/d)

What to expect:

Administrative, operational, and strategic leadership of the CRM team
Conceptual development of crosschannel marketing campaigns for the target group of existing customers
Responsibility for planning, conceptualization, and implementation of multichannel CRM measures (print, email, etc.) in collaboration with agencies and the marketing department
Development, coordination, and implementation of new crosschannel, personalized, and automated lifecycle communication
Definition of relevant customer segments for targeted customer communication
Ensuring the implementation of CRMspecific requirements and proactive collaboration with other departments
Monitoring, evaluation, and presentation of results of CRM measures
Participation in strategic projects for the further development of customercentricity at Vert
