You are the first person our members see and hear on the phone. You greet our members, take trial training requests, and pass on appointments to your trainer colleagues. You are also responsible for the check-in process.

You are the hub:
You schedule appointments with our existing members and prospects. You provide information to members about their membership and operate the membership software. You handle complaints and change requests and communicate with
