For an international educational and research institution in Harrisonville, NJ, we are currently seeking a Student Admissions Officer (m/f/d) for direct placement.

You will support the team of the "Student Marketing and Recruitment" department and coordinate the admissions process for new students from all over the world.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the admissions process for international degree programs
  • Processing and evaluation of applications
  • Consultation and support for potential students
  • Preparation of relevant statistics and reports
  • Support for marketing activities and events
  • Handling all related administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree
  • Strong intercultural awareness
  • Experience abroad
  • First professional experience, preferably in the field of admissions, student recruitment, international education, and/or counseling
  • First experience in marketing/sales
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken) and good German skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High problemsolving skills
  • Team player
