Responsibilities:

  • Management of construction projects in the areas of civil, road, and sewer construction
  • Organization of construction site processes under the technical guidance of skilled personnel and coordination of subcontractors
  • Planning of equipment and machinery, setup, work preparation, and practical work on construction sites
  • Ensuring technical and economic performance requirements
  • Responsibility for compliance with accident prevention regulations
  • Documentation of construction progress and coordination with site management

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical training in construction with further training as a foreman or (site) manager or certified manager (m/f/d)
  • Expertise in civil and road construction
  • At least three years of professional experience as a skilled worker (m/f/d)
  • Reliability, commitment, and motivation
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and independent work
  • Class B driver's license
