Located idyllically between Aichach, Augsburg, and Dachau near Altomünster, this wonderful and exceptional property is home to a mill (grain and sawmill) that was first mentioned in although it is believed to have existed for even longer.

The current house was built in 1874.


For decades, Berti Well from the large Well family of brothers and sisters presented a carefully selected program of cabaret at this location.

He also took care of the culinary needs of his many guests in the inn and beer garden until he sold the historic ensemble in 2012.

We - the Tesch family - are continuing the tradition of Berti Well.

The mill continues to be a venue for weddings and other celebrations, as it was under Berti Well.

In addition, there is once again a cabaret stage in the winter months and a beer garden in the summer.
