What to expect:

After comprehensive training, your first goal is to manage and control an operational customer project. Afterwards, your focus will be on independently planning your own projects.


In our agile project management, you will also play a key role in designing e-commerce solutions and supporting our software and product development.


Building on this, you will independently create digital strategies and communication concepts for your projects, such as planning and implementing social media campaigns.

The management of your projects is based on close and
direct customer contact. As part of your daily operations, you will also handle support requests via email and phone.

  • have an independent, responsible, and pragmatic approach to your work
- can organize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- are passionate about delighting and supporting our clients as a service provider
- enjoy designing and implementing projects in an agile environment
- have an affinity for digital technologies and are familiar with the interplay of a CMS, customer journey, and digital marketing
- have an interest in the watch and jewelry industry
- have basic knowledge of graphic design software
- have excellent German and good English skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
