Description
The videographer for the Triton Regional School Committee is responsible for capturing and publishing all live-broadcasted School Committee meetings.

Meetings are generally held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM, with some additional evening meetings on additional Wednesdays (January through March) and some Thursday nights.


Responsibilities:


  • Operates inhouse video (TriCaster) and audio equipment (Shore) for both live stream (YouTube) and recorded offerings (training to be provided)
  • Ensures a flawlessly executed event with accurate and timely setup, operations, and breakdown of equipment
  • Monitors video and audio quality throughout meeting broadcast, and troubleshoots technical issues quickly as they arise
  • Finalizes all postproduction work for recordings to be posted to the district YouTube Channel in a timely manner
  • Performs other related duties as required, directed, or as the situation dictates

Qualifications:

  • Some technical experience and working knowledge of audio and video technologies
  • Selfdisciplined and able to be prompt and to work unsupervised
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time

Pay:
$25-$30 per hour
