The Rummelsberger Diakonie is one of the largest social service providers in Bavaria.


The Rummelsberger Services for People with Disabilities are currently looking for a
Special Education Teacher or Social Worker (m/f/d) for the residential area for people on the autism spectrum in Hersbruck.

We are looking for:

Are you a people person?
Many people see individuals with autism as highly gifted computer experts who live in a social ice age.

While there are some individuals with Asperger's who excel in areas such as mathematics and logical thinking, not every person with autism is a second Einstein.

A diagnosis on the autism spectrum encompasses many different faces. Many would say that the individuals with autism who are supported by Rummelsberger Diakonie staff cannot speak. The truth is, they do not communicate verbally. However, they can communicate very well, but it takes people who are willing to understand.
