Description

We are looking for you as a team lead (m/f/d) for our finance team starting on August 1st or the next possible date as a parental leave replacement for 18 months.

There is a possibility for extension of employment.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for all financial processes, results, and our finance team
You will be the direct contact person for the department internally and externally
In addition to timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements with our tax consultant, you will also be responsible for the annual audit
You will further develop the departmentspecific and companywide controlling, create the annual budget together with responsible colleagues from the departments, and regularly coordinate with them on results and forecasts
By creating target groupspecific reports and continuously improving them, you ensure that all stakeholders receive relevant information in a timely manner and can manage it optimally
You will take care of liquidity management, further develop it, approve monthly order plans, and carry out weekly payments
With your help, new external financing will be sought and managed
You will define, optimize, and automate processes within the finance department and at the interface with other departments

Qualifications:

You have a degree in economics and relevant work experience, preferably in a startup and/or retail environment?
Ideally, you have experience working with DATEV?
You have a strong affinity for numbers and the ability to understand and explain complex processes?
You think and act entrepreneurially and have a
