DEPUTY NURSING MANAGEMENT OR STATION MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

Your task

  • Support in organizing and managing the nursing area
  • Development and implementation of the nursing concept and co-therapeutic use
  • Personnel management and participation in personnel development measures
  • Creation of duty and vacation schedules in case of absence
  • Implementation of the clinic's quality policy

Your profile

  • Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)
  • Further training as a nursing management and/or station management
  • Professional experience in the internal medicine and psychosomatic field is an advantage
  • Structured work style and organizational skills
  • Sensitivity and enthusiasm for working with people in life crises
  • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
