What You Will Do


As a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Healthcare, you will communicate UPS' quality policies and objectives and ensure their implementation and maintenance at a local level.

You will provide support to ensure compliance with local and regional legal requirements and regulatory authorities.

This role is within our Healthcare Logistics & Distribution (HLD) division, which provides distribution and transportation services for customers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

A crucial part of your job will be promoting a Quality Culture within UPS HLD.

This includes maintaining knowledge of healthcare quality regulations and assessing risks associated with the storage and transportation of healthcare products, and addressing them with higher management.


On an average day, you will be responsible for assessing and maintaining quality documents in our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with EU GDP/GMP and ISO 9001/ISO 13485 requirements.
