telephone and written customer service department.

What tasks can you expect?

  • Telephone and written processing of inquiries
  • Comprehensive customer support
  • Followup and documentation of customer inquiries
  • Creditrelated problem solving, e.g. issues with invoices, delivery delays, etc.
  • Complaint and grievance management

What you need for a successful start:

  • You are fluent in English
  • You speak Lithuanian and Latvian fluently
  • Ideally, you also speak Russian
  • Experience in customer service
  • PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Willingness to further educate yourself
  • Teamwork and customer orientation
