We are currently seeking a
2nd Level Supporter (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in Snyder, NE through
direct placement.

Your responsibilities as an employee:

Receiving incoming incident reports

  • Recording incident reports in the ticket system

Error analysis and
troubleshooting, and if necessary, forwarding to downstream IT teams

User management (Active Directory)

  • Configuration of end devices and printers (Lexmark)
  • Procurement and administration of hardware and software

What you should bring:


  • Completed education in the IT field (IT specialist for system integration, IT system salesman, IT system electronics technician, electrician, etc.) or comparable qualifications
  • First experience in service desk or IT support (1st & 2nd level support)
  • Good knowledge of
    Windows operating systems and
    MS Office
  • Knowledge of common hardware and peripherals

Good German and English skills in spoken and written form

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation
