Unit Description:

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a dynamic and energetic
GM/Chef Manager to join our team at one of our high profile accounts in Hopewell, NJ The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Café, Coffee Bar and Catering Operations.


The ideal
GM/Chef Manager will be the number 1 for the operation in addition to being the chef for the location.

This position represents a 70/30 split with a 70% of the role focused on administrative duties. The
GM/Chef Manager will be responsible for financial reporting and the client relationship. Ability to multitask and deliver high end experience every day.
- a culinary background
- excellent hospitality, leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies
- the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities; and/ or
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- manage the daily food production including production planning, controls, and cook
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- have a passion for food; and/or
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
