Responsibilities:

• You will assist customers with questions and issues over the phone or via email, providing professional and friendly service to ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution
• You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating customer inquiries
• You will ensure the timely processing and completion of customer requests in close cooperation with national and international partners
• You will always have an open ear for customers and are able to find flexible solutions to booking inquiries over the phone and via email to ensure customer satisfaction
• Together with the team, you will contribute to internal quality assurance to ensure errorfree processing
• You will work closely with experts to continuously improve internal processes

Qualifications:

• Experience in dialogue marketing, tourism/hospitality (e.g. reservation department), or telephone customer contact
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial or tourismrelated education
• You have a friendly, professional, and solutionoriented approach in customer consultations nothing can easily throw you off balance
• You are a true team player (m/f/d), enjoy working towards common goals, and bring your own ideas to the table
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and confident English skills
